How To Use

• Starting with one eye, apply Eyelash Glue Liner generously along clean, dry lash line and use as a standard eyeliner.
• Before liner dries, quickly apply false lashes strip onto liner and gently pat to set in place. 
• Let dry for 10 seconds minimum. Repeat on your other eye
