★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

How long does it take for my order to ship? 
Payment processing takes 1-2 business days before your order ships. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Typically your order will arrive within 5-7 business days. In certain cases it may take up to 10-15 business days due to circumstances such as extreme weather delays, holiday seasons, and promotions.

Standard Shipping Methods (Ground, and Priority Mail)
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Support@TheCremeShop.com for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!


My order says delivered, but I didn't receive it.
If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you must contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date of your order to file a lost/stolen package claim.


Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates family members or anyone else who may have been present at the time the package was delivered. Please check all potential delivery locations at your address. Carrier may have placed it in a secure location out of view of the street, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.


The Crème Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

★ INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping on orders $50+ for international shipments.

Our products do not to ship to Mexico, Hong Kong, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Spain, or Turkey.

The Crème Shop Hand Sanitizer, Sanitizer Wipes, and Sanitizer Sprays are exclusively available to US residents only.

As we expand our international shipping program, the payment of DUTIES and TAXES is the responsibility of the RECEIVER. The carrier will charge the customer after delivery by adding administrative expenses to the duties and taxes we paid on behalf of the destination.

    We are shipping from California. This means that orders will take generally 5-7 business days depending on peak seasons. Delays with USPS orders can even take as long as 2 weeks.
